Appointments

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete the consultation form and allow your treatment to start on time. Should you arrive after your treatment time we may not be able to guarantee your full appointment.

Treatment Times

Treatment duration's include an allowance for a brief consultant with your therapist and undressing/dressing time.

Medical Conditions

If you have a medical condition that could affect your treatment (including pregnancy, cancer) please inform us before hand to avoid any disappointment on the day.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us 48 hours in advance. Late arrivals will result in shortening or rescheduling of your appointment (charges may apply).
